I went into Dollar Tree the other day and asked the cashier, "You reckon y'all are ever gonna go back to being a dollar store?" 😂

She laughed.

I told her, "I'm just asking, because I remember when a dollar actually bought something in here!"

At this rate, they're gonna have to change the name to Dollar Tree and a Half! 🤣

Anybody else still call it the dollar store out of habit?

First it was the 'dollar store', then the 'dollar twenty five store', but now, I don't know what's $1.25 and what's $1.50. But in all of that confusion, the name has remained the same, "Dollar Tree". Do you get the feeling something is not right?

The Dollar Tree has some 'pretty good' items, but they also have a lot of junk. When they were selling every thing for $1, I still think for some things, they were over priced.
