Sometimes the smallest moments make the biggest impact
Charlie Mundi | About 8 hour(s) ago I’ve got to share something that just happened, because it reminded me of exactly why SurfSideSafe exists.
Late Saturday night, I was sipping on a little Jim Beam, relaxing and scrolling through Reddit. In the "AskReddit" community, someone asked: “What keeps you going every day?” I answered from the heart.
I told them my wife had a dream — to open a homeless shelter, but she passed before she could make it happen. I shared that I'm building SurfSideSafe in her honor, and if it becomes successful, the money will go into making her dream real.
A stranger read my reply and said something I’ll never forget:
“I just signed up!”
Then they joined SurfSideSafe, sent me a message, a friend request, and told me they were excited to be part of this.
The person's name is Jack. And Jack reminded me that this is working.
People are seeing the heart behind SurfSideSafe. They're feeling it. And they’re joining it.
We’re not just building a social media site — we’re building something that matters.
Let’s keep going. We’re just getting started. 💪
