Yesterday, I was doing shopping at Dollar Tree for a few odds and ends. As I was checking out, luckily they were not that busy, so I had a chance to clown around with the cashier. While she was checking me out, I asked her, "Now that Donald Trump is the President again, are you guys going back to $1 for each item? I wish they would go back to $1. And that 25 cent increase per item does add up. But this will never happen. For years, before they increased their prices, the Company claimed they didn't make any money.

That's a good question Mae. Actually, I believe they needed an excuse to raise their prices, and Joe Biden gave them that excuse.
