Here's some movie trivia. In the original movie, "The Godfather", Francis Coppola hired a former wrestler, Lenny Montana to play the role of Luca Brasi, Don Corleone's most ruthless hitmen. He was not Coppola's first choice. He had the physique to play the part, but he was a terrible actor. In the only scene in which Montana spoke, which was when he was thanking Don Corleone for inviting him to the wedding, the scene took several takes, and was the most difficult scene in the movie to complete. He froze in front of Marlin Brando, and couldn't remember his very simple lines. Besides being a lousy actor, he was the perfect hit man, so the director went with him, and just decided to pull him through. I supposed Coppola figured he didn't have to act. Just the sight of him terrified audiences when they saw the movie for the first time.
